What is a pre-construction meeting?
Once the loan is closed, interior/exterior selections are finalized and the permit is ready to be picked up, we will schedule a pre-construction meeting with the client, customer coordinator, superintendent and construction manager to review the plans, survey, and selections made prior to construction starting. This meeting is not intended to make additional changes but to reassure of what is planned to be done. BW
What is a frame walk meeting?
Once your home is framed, windows and exterior doors are installed, and the trades (plumber, electrician & AC) have completed the rough-in, we will schedule an onsite meeting with the client, superintendent & the customer coordinator to walk the home prior to drywall being installed. During this meeting, we will walk throughout the home and confirm the light pre-wires are in the desired location, confirm wood backing is in the correct place for towel bars, if backing is to be added for the client to mount something to once the drywall is installed, if a light needs to be added, place the shower niches (if applicable), etc. BW
What is a final walk-through meeting?
Once we receive the certificate of occupancy, we will notify the client and schedule the final walk-through. During this meeting, we will introduce the client to their home and demonstrate how the home functions, all while taking care of any items the client may want touched up. BW
