SELECT LAND
Within Martin, Port St. Lucie, St. Lucie Co, Okeechobee, Indian River County & South Brevard.

STRUCTURAL MEETING
Meet GBI Coordinator to review & approve house plans. Make final changes.
5
CONSTRUCTION LOAN FUNDS
Wire fund to title agent and sign closing documents. GBI receives initial draw payment.
6
SUBMIT FOR PERMIT
Signed & sealed plans are submitted to building department by GBI.
